The sessions are 2pm to 4pm
Riders should arrive at the track by 1.30pm to register.
The minimum age for riders is 10 years old. Hire bikes are available.

COACHING MISSION
STATEMENT
The
Objectives of Prime Coaching are to:
>
Organise and provide coaching for all cyclists
> Provide coaching and support to racing cyclists
> By Encouraging older teenagers to participate in competitive
cycling, and
> Encouraging younger riders to race and to enter progressively
more challenging races
> Provide a network for riders and coaches
> Organise coach education and training events.
> Facilitate mentoring of coaches
In
achieving its objectives Prime Coaching will:
>
Work with British Cycling while retaining independence
>Take advantage of financial and other support available from
local authorities and others
> Organise local groups of Prime coaches
> Work with local authorities
